Support
Something not working, or a suggestion that made you frown? Tell us and it gets fixed fast. Typefix is a small product, and every report reaches the people who build it.
Get help
- Email support@typefix.io with what you typed, what Typefix suggested, and the site you were on. A screenshot is perfect.
- Bad suggestions are the most valuable reports: the exact wrong fix helps us tune the checker for everyone.
Common fixes
- No underlines on a page you had open before installing? Reload that tab once. Typefix heals old tabs automatically, but a page from before the install can need one reload.
- A keyboard shortcut does nothing? Another extension may own it. Reassign it at
chrome://extensions/shortcuts. - Status says “Token rejected” or AI stopped working? Open the Typefix popup and click Reconnect. It takes about ten seconds.
- Want Typefix quiet on a sensitive site?Add the site under “Disable on these sites” in Options. Checking and AI both go dead there.
Privacy question? Everything about how your text is handled is in the privacy policy: on-device checks never leave your browser, and the server stores no text you write.
